Everyday Performance LLC reconditions and sells decades-old automotive parts and assemblies. As such, EVERYTHING SOLD BY EVERYDAY PERFORMANCE LLC IS CONSIDERED WELL USED, AND SOLD “USED, AS-IS”. No warranty, express or implied, is given on parts and or services provided by Everyday Performance LLC.

Shipping

Carburetors: Everyday Performance LLC ships carburetors USPS Priority Mail to the Continental US. The shipments are insured and delivery confirmation / tracking is included.

Axle assemblies and automatic transmissions: These are shipped within the Continental USA only, via truck freight, strapped to a pallet. Insurance policy is dictated by the freight carrier. Generally, insurance is able to be purchased at additional cost. All freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

International shipping: USPS Priority Mail International is used for international orders.

Damages in shipping: Everyday Performance LLC is not responsible for damages that occur in shipping. When damage is noticed, save all packaging materials and contact Everyday Performance LLC immediately for insurance information. You must file a claim with the carrier.

Returns

Please contact Everyday Performance LLC if you believe an exception to this no-return policy is warranted (for example if Everyday Performance LLC sent you the wrong part or assembly). Your satisfaction is very important to us.

All returns must be authorized by Everyday Performance LLC, or the shipment will be rejected. The returned product must be in the same sellable condition it was sold in, properly packaged, and returned to Everyday Performance LLC with delivery tracking and shipping insurance in the amount of the purchase price.

Except in cases where Everyday Performance LLC determines it has made an error, the following hold true:

All shipping costs (including tracking and insurance) are the responsibility of the buyer, and are non-refundable.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

No logo, graphic, or text content within this website be may be copied or retransmitted without the express written consent of Everyday Performance LLC.

Any changes to these Terms of Use shall be effectively immediately following the posting of such changes on this website.
